Description
The PM FWDM series provides wavelength division multiplexing while maintaining signal polarization. The components are based on environmentally stable thin-film filter technology and are characterized with high extinction ratio, low insertion loss, and high return loss. They are ideal for high speed WDM network systems


Wavelength Division Multiplexing: They can combine or separate optical signals at different wavelengths, enabling the transmission of multiple signals over a single optical fiber.

Polarization preservation of signals: The PM FWDM series uses polarization maintaining fibers to ensure that the polarization state of optical signals is maintained during transmission, which is crucial for polarization sensitive applications.

Environmentally stable thin film filtering technology: These wavelength division multiplexers use environmentally stable thin film filtering technology, which means their performance is not easily affected by environmental changes such as temperature and humidity fluctuations.
