The GK-PMBP Series Polarization Maintaining Bandpass Filter is an advanced optical component designed for precise wavelength selection in fiber optic systems. Utilizing environmentally stable thin film filter technology, this filter effectively isolates desired wavelengths while blocking unwanted noise signals. It operates at a central wavelength of 1550 nm with a narrow passband of 2 nm, making it ideal for applications in Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifiers (EDFAs) and fiber laser systems.
The filter features high isolation, minimizing interference from adjacent wavelengths, and maintains low insertion loss to ensure efficient signal transmission. It also provides excellent return loss, which helps in reducing signal reflections and enhancing system performance. With a thermal stability rating of ≤0.005 dB/°C, it ensures reliable operation across a wide temperature range, from -5°C to +70°C. Additionally, the filter boasts high power handling capability of up to 300 mW, making it suitable for high-power applications.
The GK-PMBP Series is built with PM 1550 Panda Fiber and offers exceptional environmental stability, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging conditions. Its compact package dimensions facilitate easy integration into various optical systems.
